Hi i'm Jimmy part of the father and son team at Casa Pizzeria in Ludlow, MA. We started this "Part Time" pizzeria for fun just to recreate RARE Craft Pizza options found all over Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube mostly found at the big Pizza Expos. Casa Pizzeria offers 10+ unforgettable pizza (Bake Styles) to share with entire the region of Western Mass Inspired by traditions from different regions. We try to recreate each pizza with (OUR own take on the style) using trendy ingredients.

At Casa Pizzeria, we’ve built our menu around the great pizza traditions from all over the country. We look to iconic pizza "bake techniques " established from legendary cities and slightly reimagined these "Bake Styles" in OUR way for our Locals and online traveling foodie fans. Our pizzeria is mostly a super creative bake lab, always exploring new ways to make pizza that's just as fun to make as it is to eat and share.

Each Bake style is crafted with care, from the premium doughs to the trendy freshest ingredients. MOST shops do ONE style SMALL MED LARGE. This shop is for pizza fanatics. (we don't a regular pizza)
